Measurements may vary by +/- 1/2". Chest Circumference measures the chest of the garment, from side seam to side seam, multiplied by two. Shoulder Width measures directly across the shoulders, from seam to seam. Sleeve Length measures from the top shoulder seem to the bottom of the sleeve cuff. Back Length measures from the top of the shoulder seem at the collar to the bottom hemline.
